I am just about to order EastWest Soundsonline Quantum Leap Silk. I use Cubase VST 5.x - I can afford a more modern software, but I like the VST series. I am also ordering Quantum Leap RA - as a PLAY Edition, I know it will work.

My question is thus: Can I use Quantum Leap Silk with Cubase VST 5.x?

Thanks,

John. Smile

Silk also uses the play engine. I use 64 bit Cubase 5.1 and Windows 7 and Play works fine. By the way the Sounds on Line forum is a better place for these questions. Lots of posts regarding compatibility.

Hi, kenchai,

So you got play to work on Win 7? That's more than I can do - see this thread: http://forum.cubase.net/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?p=1006092

Regards,

John.

P.S. Thanks for the advice about the Soundsonline Forum. Smile
